RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. Please note that our sale items have a seven day return policy. This is to enable us to process the return item and put it back into sale online before the sale ends.

We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please complete the form on the reverse of your receipt, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

For a low cost return you can return your goods via Collect+ - please visit www.collectplus.co.uk/sterlingandhunt to create your returns label, then drop your parcel at the nearest participating collection point and obtain a proof of postage.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, so please do obtain a proof of postage. Parcels typically take 3-5 working days to arrive and refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return, at which point a confirmation email will be sent.

For this service, parcels must not weigh more than 10 kilograms nor exceed dimensions of 50cm x 50cm x 60cm

If you would prefer to return your item through the post, please ensure that you choose a trackable service as we cannot be held responsible for items that are not confirmed received back at our warehouse.

All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 14 days to complete. Refunds are always processed net of postage.

We are only able to receive returns through the postal service, and do not offer a drop off service. We will endeavour to process your exchange or refund request within 7 working days, in peak times this may however be longer.

We aim to process your exchange requested within 7 days of receipt of the goods back to our Exeter warehouse. We'll accept exchange requests only on items which have been purchased directly from us within the last 28 days, and which are within perfect reselling condition. This means all labels, tags, clothing bags and shoe boxes must be suitable for return.
